Privacy policy

The short version: the files you use with our tools are processed on your device and are never uploaded to us.
Who we are
This website (https://zippytoolkit.com) is operated by [Your name or company], [Your country]. You can reach us via the contact page.
Files and text you use in our tools
All tools currently available on this site run inside your web browser. Files you select and text you paste are read and processed by code running on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers, we do not store them, and we cannot see them. When you close or reload the page, they are gone from the page’s memory.
If we ever add a tool that needs server processing, that tool’s page will say so clearly before you add a file.
Information stored in your browser
We use your browser’s local storage for conveniences only: your light/dark theme, recently used tools, favourites, and your analytics choice. This data stays on your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Analytics
We may use privacy-focused analytics to understand which pages are visited and which tools work well. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. If Google Analytics is enabled, it only loads after you agree in the consent banner. Analytics events never include file names, file contents or text you enter – only things like “merge PDF completed”.
Contact form
When you send a message, your name, email address and message are transmitted via Web3Forms to our inbox so we can reply. We do not use this information for marketing.
Hosting
Our hosting provider processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) when delivering web pages, for security and reliability purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold (for example, a contact form message). Contact us and we will help.
Children
The site is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the date above.
