Limitations to know

  • Encrypted PDFs must be unlocked first.
  • Thumbnails for very long documents load progressively and may take a moment.

How do I extract selected pages from a PDF?

Load the PDF, click the thumbnails of the pages you want (or type their numbers), then click “Extract pages”. The new PDF contains only those pages, in document order.

Can I change the order of the extracted pages?

Extraction keeps document order. To rearrange pages, use the Organize PDF tool after extracting.

Is the original PDF changed?

No. Your original file is untouched; you download a new file.
