Limitations to know

Frequently asked questions

How can I convert a Word table into Excel?

Drop the .docx file into this tool. Each table becomes a worksheet with one value per cell, and you download a ready-to-use .xlsx file. No copying and pasting needed.

Will numbers be recognised as numbers?

Yes, plain numbers like 1,250.50 or 42 are stored as numeric cells so formulas work. Values with leading zeros, like product codes “00123”, are kept as text so they are not altered.

Does it work with Google Docs?

Yes – in Google Docs choose File → Download → Microsoft Word (.docx), then drop that file here.
